Cayton Veterinary Surgery joins Village Vet Group
Dear Client
On December 16th, Cayton Veterinary Surgery joined the Village Vet Group, to form Village Vet Cayton. This amalgamation was done to provide the people of St Albans and surrounding areas with an even better veterinary service.
Over the past 25 years, John Cousins has built up a beautiful veterinary hospital here in Smallford, St Albans. There is a devoted team of vets and nurses , including some who have worked here for many years. I want to reassure you that this team will remain working at this superb veterinary hospital. Village Vet is known within the veterinary profession as an innovative group, with very high standards. We aim to work with the staff here and you the clients to create an even better veterinary center for you and your pets.
Village Vets slogan is "The Vet Your Pet Would Choose" and we mean it! Everything we do is aimed at making your pets visit to our hospital comfortable, enjoyable (if possible) and pain free. We will look after your pet as though they were one of our own. We want to be the vet your pet would choose.
We also aim to be The Village Vet , your local friendly vet. We know that communication between you as owners and us the professionals is vital for the long term healthy lives of your pets. We are always available, every day of the year. Never hesitate to contact us, no problem is too small, we are the approachable, empathetic vet in your village.
Over the course of the next few months we will be introducing some changes that will be to your benefit. We hope to offer longer, more convenient opening hours and to reduce the price on preventative health. We believe that the key to healthy pets is preventative health. Village Vet is doing everything possible to keep the cost of preventative health as low as possible.
If you have any suggestions, please feel free to tell us, or email us at cayton@villagevet.co.uk. To read more about Village Vet please look at our website www.villagevet.co.uk.
